The agreement

These terms apply to every order placed on lsrbeauty.com or through our Telegram and Messenger chats. By placing an order you accept them. The seller is LSR Beauty, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Products

We resell products made by other brands. Every product is bought from the brand's registered importer in Cambodia and carries a Ministry of Health registration number, shown on the product page when confirmed. Product images are for illustration; packaging can differ by batch.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any Cambodian taxes that apply. Riel amounts are shown for reference at the rate stated on the site. We can correct a clear pricing error before an order is confirmed; if that happens you may cancel at no cost.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed when we reply in chat (or by phone) confirming stock and delivery time. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a product has sold out.

Payment

You may pay by ABA KHQR or ABA transfer, by Wing, online through ABA PayWay (KHQR, ABA Pay, Visa, Mastercard) where offered, or by cash on delivery for orders under the limit shown at checkout. Transfer orders ship once the payment arrives.

Delivery

We deliver across Cambodia. Typical times are shown on the Help page and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery fees are shown before you send the order. Risk passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address or phone number was wrong, a second delivery may carry a new fee.

Returns and refunds

Sealed, unopened products may be returned within the number of days shown on the Help page, counted from delivery, for a refund of the product price. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost; please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds go back by the method you paid with.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other people's orders, or place orders you do not intend to complete.

Liability

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Cambodian Law on Consumer Protection. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes are settled in the courts of Phnom Penh unless the law says otherwise.
