Who we are

LSR Beauty (lsrbeauty.com) is an online shop operated from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, that sells skincare products to customers in Cambodia. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect when you order

To deliver an order we need your name, phone number, delivery address, the products you ordered, and any notes you add. If you send the order through Telegram or Messenger, that chat also holds the same details and is covered by Telegram's or Meta's own privacy terms. If you pay online through ABA PayWay, ABA Bank processes the payment; we receive a confirmation and an order reference, never your card number.

What the site stores in your browser

Your bag contents and your language choice are stored in your browser (localStorage) so they survive a page reload. Nothing in that storage is sent to us until you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify visitors.

What we do not do

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent customer details, and we do not create customer accounts. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them in chat.

Who we share order details with

The courier (for example J&T Express or Cambodia Post) receives your name, phone number and address so the parcel can reach you. ABA PayWay receives the order amount and reference when you pay online. Nobody else receives your details.

How long we keep orders

Order records are kept for as long as Cambodian tax and consumer-protection rules require, then deleted. Chat conversations stay in the messaging app until either side deletes them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time, through Telegram or Messenger, to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. We will confirm within seven days.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on the site's home page.
